Approved move unmoderated to the private category

do i really have to explain this?
we have a rule against using racial slurs but one of the latest threads is called "niggers"
what if someone new to the forums sees this shit.
can we move it to the private category?

Is the private section unable to be accessed if you are under a certain post count? How am I supposed to get to that post count without being able engage in the text-diarrhea that is unmod?

In reality though, I usually DON"T want to post in there, but I sometimes liked reading it.
