Mouse lag when in soldier on Skial servers only

I have noticed that I cannot play my main (soldier) on Skial servers any more. I am not having any lag or rubber banding, but my aiming movements are jittery and randomly bad as packets are being randomly blocked or dropped only when I am a soldier. Is there something about the servers that is making this happen? Is anybody else experiencing this?

Is it because there are so many aimbots on skial lately? I have noticed that it has become really bad in the last couple months.

Never mind. For some reason the Logitech Gaming Software decided to forget the type mouse pad I have. It is fixed now... I think I noticed it on soldier because that is my main and I am very tuned to it. I played for about 2 hours just now, and not a single aimbot. I usually encounter one every time I play.
