Slightly related, but I'm curious now -

Is putting gear in that area an exploit? Because when I found out that area was usable I'd make a dispenser to kill some setup time and help out snipers near the doorway.

But if putting any type of gear in there is against the rules lemme know.

It kind of still is an exploit, but I don't think a dispenser would make anyone mad.

Hello everyone,

I refrained from posting my own view, as it would be biased since I'm the plaintiff party here.

Few points:

1. No one, except for them, thought it was funny.
2. I didn't even know who Monkey was before the game, so why should I be jealous of him? Why should anyone be jealous of a pixel person who we don't even know? I mean, who, in their right minds, would be jealous of someone just because they're good at a video game?
3. Scrafting was, in fact, the person on the opposing team, working with Monkey, going into our base as Spy constantly. Unfortunately, I don't have a screenshot of that, but he did a great job by confessing us his own server sins.

I am someone who plays Team Fortress for it's own name: Team. I don't screw my team mates, at least not intentionally. If I set up a teleporter like that and realize that it's exploitable by the opposing team, I would remove it. This is clearly not the intention here. If that was in fact, the intention, I would not have reported it and he would've removed it after our complaints. Just as I respect other members and the opposing team, I expect the equal respect from other members as well. Yes, I do sometimes complain about how bad the teamwork is, but that's just because I expect a certain level of teamwork, especially at Skial, where a lot of high-caliber players meet. I'm not a great player (I may even be one of the worst), but at least I do my best to support my own team, and I feel that I do a good job with the only two classes I play: sniper and engineer.

That said, Monkey and other members of the clan "DDV" have consistently shown me that they have little to no respect for other players. I have seen, countless amount of times, swearing in Turkish (I am Turkish as well), blocking view of a sniper as Pyro, working with the opposing team to screw his own team. Oh and forgot to mention: griefing. I don't mean that in the generic sense, I mean actual griefing.

No one should expect a different treatment for being the number one player of a server. Don't forget that if he leaves, someone else will become number one.

Skial will not lose any player count in Dustbowl as the slots are usually filled instantly. If every member of that clan left the servers and their friends as well, I'm pretty much sure that Dustbowl EU would still be OK.

Admin POV: Not a SINGLE fuck is given if people think breaking a rule is funny. You break a rule you get dealt with. You're ruining somebody's fun, even if they may be silent about it.
