This guy has been vote abusing the whole time people who kills him when he tries to be friendly or just for no reason, also, in the current map he proceeds to hide in that spot almost impossible to hale kill him, and he's threatening players with bans when someone complains with him doing nothing and just hiding, idk if that's admin impersonator.

I can't make out clear vote abuse from his chat alone, and for friendlying we need a demo.

I don't think hes admin impersonating either in chat, it looks to me like he's trying to say he'll voteban people for vote abusing him

Vote abuse is also really hard to prove. We prefer demos of what happened leading up to the vote abuse

I'm not trying to sound nit picky but we need proper evidence to make a ban or silence

As far as the spot you're referring to I'm not sure which spot that is. If hale can get to him, even if its difficult then its probably not a exploit spot, but I'd need to know what spot it is specificially
