Contrary to popular belief, the MLP subforum wasn't really made because some whining faggots didn't want to see ponies in General.

I asked Bott if he could re-name Anime to "Cartoons" or something like that so ponies and other stuff could be posted in there. He said "why not make a MLP subforum then", and then he made a MLP subforum.

Yeah. I was a server admin too, though.

On Bottiger's Idle. I was one of the third gen admins, I think. When I got admin I remember having CiNiC and company around (Flaming Taco Shits / Anakin something had just left back when I joined in spring 2011 or so). Shit was hip back then, I was abusing the shit out of !slay @all and !god @me. Also micspammed, because it was allowed. One of my long-time friends and the first brony I knew used to hang out on Bott's Idle. He micspammed Cupcakes, the first pony fanfic I had ever read/heard. Pretty sure that affected me becoming a brony, but I'm just around for the show and music, though.
