I went through his chatlogs and talked to him. He said you were doing next to nothing (AKA friendlying) which is why he called the vote

I spectated you for awhile and I've came very close to giving you a warning for friendlying a couple of times so I have a feeling the vote was justified

But I wasn't there at the time of the vote to see what was going on, and I don't see anything in his chat logs that suggests vote abuse so I'm going to mark this need evidence.

As an unrelated 3rd party I can say that the picture you provided along with activity and chatlogs that we have access to aren't informative enough to warrant action against this. We need something more than damage count to show that you were active that round since your activity log for that round was also lacking.

I got a second opinion from another admin, he too agreed the chatlogs aren't enough for a silence. Add what Kyle said on top of that, that's 3 admins who agree its not sufficient evidence.

Blake isn't a close friend of mine. He's one of the many people who add admins in case they need one on a server.

AFK manager is reset by simple things such using chat and, if I'm correct, moving a certain distance. We're not saying you were AFK.

I'm saying while I watched you, you were borderline friendlying at times. Not enough for me to warn over but it was coming close to it. This adds up with Blake's story as to why he called the vote in the first place which is the only reason why I brought it up.

The bottom line is I don't have enough evidence to show he vote abused you, and while I suspect it may be justified I have no proof of that either so I marked it need evidence. If you can provide us with some useful evidence showing it was vote abuse (a demo of the round for example) then we will certainly take a look. Otherwise I'm going to have to keep this marked as need evidence. Having 136 damage doesn't prove to me you weren't friendlying when he called the vote. I've seen people with 5k damage start friendlying that I've had to warn or ban.
