There was still time on the timer. I wasn't hiding, I was still killing people. Just because a band of snipers stay in a protected place and I am not in their sight it doesn't mean I am hiding. Plus, slay or ban, it's still vote abuse per the rules. Ask the admins.

This implies that you were going for a Stalemate, thus delaying the round. There were still a few other players that weren't Snipers, but you camped the Spawn.

I was still killing people as mittens decided to call the vote slay. I was going to be done with them first and then go for the snipers.

Now that I recall you were also one of the snipers lol. Doesn't get any more clear than that.
 
I never said that delaying the round was against the rules. I was merely stating the reason why they initiated the vote in the first place. Your report also had some misinformation, since you left out a lot of the details and stated it was a ban instead of a slay.

Ok folks. First, I do see a 30 second delay in kills here:

I don't know where you get your information from, @Revoltion, but refusing to attack others in Saxton Hale is still friendlying.

Because the time span is only 30 seconds, and the request to slay came only 17 seconds into that 30 second window, I would prefer a demo rather than applying punishment. Based off all the evidence, there's a chance either one of you is in the wrong, and I do not punish off a maybe; it has to be certain.

So you need a demo? Like video evidence? There is a remote chance that anyone recorded this entire fight. I would have, however I didn't know there was going to be a user reporting me.

Where I vote slayed, and I got punished for it. This should be presedence. Same type of case, there was no friendlying, only a call to a vote to slay me. The vote is against the rules, so it's voteabuse. Like @Sakiko put it on that forum post.

After this, I just see favoritism in this server honestly. I've reported this type of abuse multiple times and its always on users who aren't popular. I see this one will go "unresolved" because the user is fairly popular. Thanks for looking into it anyways.
 
You didn't even read my post and are blinded by your own opinions. Obviously someone using the votemenu to slay someone who is NOT breaking the rules is vote abuse, but there is not enough evidence in this scenario to prove YOU weren't breaking the rules either. I don't understand what one valid report of abuse has anything to do with this. We wouldn't have a votemenu option if players weren't allowed to use it. Lastly, you're very confused if you think I, who haven't even been on the server in several weeks, and have not connected to Saxton Hale since December 17, 2017, has ANY favoritism towards ANY player on that server.

Lastly, Nvidia shadowplay is the best option in this scenario, if you or someone has it. Thanks.
