Wondering what the price is, also does anyone know if the value of the Misty Skull effect is going up or down?

New effect prices will be hard to determine right now, but I'd say the price will go up.

B/O's are set for 5 Buds but you could probably get away with it for 4.5 Buds and yes the price should go up it might actually go down in price in the future seeing that it is the worst of the new Halloween effects I'd say it'd be priced at the same as the blizz doctor's sack when all the hype ends

Really? Damn, always thought the knife storm was worse than the misty skull. Or equal in tiers

Nope Knife storm is the 2nd to worst new halloween effect. Misty skull is basically a weather efect being as it is such an easy target to spot out.
