Missing donator status

Hello,few weeks ago my dontaor status expired(soldier pack) So I bought another soldier pack,it all worked fine for me,around 5 days ago It seems that I can't get the perks/connect to a full server.
"please donate to use this command"

Therefore I don't see paypal recipt for the last 10$ I donated
What can I do? thanks,dan

It shows your credit as expiring on the 16th, if you don't have a paypal receipt either then the transaction didn't go though.

The payment only cleared 3 hours ago so that's why you didn't have donator status until now.
