He even managed to save discosheep, which was no longer being updated by the original coder :P
I think dynmap prolly had the biggest changes between versions. Maps now look much better! Check it out: http://minecraft.skial.com:8123
Edit: Also it's been confirmed as of right now that 1.2.5 will be out on Wednesday. Pre-release is already out so Bukkit should be updated fairly quickly but it's best for you not to update your client then until we confirm the skial server has been updated.

Just updated everything, did some housecleaning. Nothing really new that you'll notice.
I'm not sure what happened there. The world file is the world file from 2 hours before I updated the server, but you're not the only person that lost work.
I do apologize for the inconvenience though, I'm sorry you lost some of your work.
1.2.5 has already been released as a pre-release. By the time it comes out, bukkit should be ready to go and the changes in 1.2.5 are mostly bug fixes. Shouldn't be any real trouble at all.
