Has bad spam they come in every night it seems and spams please ban them or mute them? the vote kick isnt working?

if you want fast help, you should add admins to your friendlist.

For the future, you should record a demo via the game's console using the command: "record nameofthedemofile" without the ". The demo will record until you type "stop" into the console. It will be saved to your "steam/steamapps/common/team fortress 2/tf"-folder. Also use the "status" command to fetch the Steam IDs of the people you want to report. Or look up their names here: https://stats.skial.com/ and find their steam IDs that way. Then upload that demo file to any file host of your choice. After that, go here https://www.skial.com/forms/report-player.2/respond
That's the report tool, which is pretty self-explanatory. You fill the fields and hit send report. That's it.
