it's a server mod(?) that works uniquely in the way that it allows for players to use commands designed for the server itself to queue up in various small arenas to fight eachother.

it keeps track of player health and the amount of times they have died while fighting that particular person, and generally, whoever reaches 20 kills wins that particular duel.
