SPYderman, are you an avid fan of Back to the Future, perchance? I'm trying to think of a name and description for my new scout vest.
As an aside, when I was 4 years old, I would request my aunt babysitting me to play "foocha" on the television, and I had this entire movie's lines memorized by the time I was 6. I did this for the movie X-Men as well, later on.

Yes I am a huge Back to the Future geek. It is my personal favorite movie of all time. As for your scout vest I'm sure I could help you come up with a name and description for it, I just need some time to brainstorm.
