I can see by just looking at the screenshots that they are not of high quality.

You can build in spawns and get outside of the map on just about all of those maps that you suggested. On top of that, in your original post you only state how "they look good" which leads me to believe you did not play them even though you are the one suggesting them. These maps are not high quality as you claim.
