Declined Manually typing reason for votes

My suggestion is, if possible and not too much of a hassle to implement, make it to where players can manually type out the reason as to why they're initiating a votemute/voteban against someone.

This would fix the problem with predetermined vote reasons being too broad/vague (or non-existent for that matter; see ghosting), and it could help admins tell if someone is vote abusing or not for certain cases

My only criticism is that we've all seen the reports that were put through because someone forgot they were typing out a report. I can see something like this being easily abused, especially since votemenu abuse is a little more tricky beans to look at compared to report abuse. I'd love to have this option, but I don't know if it would work well when servers are packed with people and a votemenu gets called every few minutes.

This. The reasons are general enough to fit anything and it guides people towards banning for proper reasons.
