Its annoying as fuck when players spam Duel Requests against one another filling up text chat and spamming the dueling music cue every time someone initiates a duel.

Players spamming trade invites thankfully don't announce to the whole server that they're in a trade or sent an invite, but it annoys the shit out of the individual who keeps getting spammed with the trade requests.

I request spamming duel requests and trade invites be made against the rules, I believe it should fall under spamming.

This suggestion has been implemented. Votes are no longer accepted.
don't trade invites already have a 30 second cooldown?

and wouldn't accepting a duel prevent them from spamming invites to anyone until either person leaves? if the person who was challenged is good, he could get a kill and then hide in spawn, essentially causing the challenger to have wasted a duel

though I do think that duel invites at least need a cooldown

Kin some players were declining the duels just to flood the chat in the server.
Makes it hard to see the adverts in the text chat.

oh, the duel-rejecter was in on it too?

should this suggestion extend to rapid repeated rejection as well so so they get punished too?

+1 sort of....
Duel invites should be blocked from spamming
Trade invites should only happen on trade servers. Otherwise blocked on rest.

Spamming is spamming, you don't need to add an extra rule specifically for this.

Trading is part of the game, people should be able to trade on non trade servers as long as they don't spend too much time doing it and "harm their team"

Was talking about our trade servers ._.

I'm sure this is to clarify these behaviors as now being considered "spamming" so we can take action against offenders.
