Declined Make test servers that only let regulars on

I realize this will make quick play essentially useless, but would it be possible to have some servers that can check the stats on a steam id and only let you through if you have XX hours played on skial? It would stop hacker throwaway accounts stone dead. And while no doubt there's regulars that try and hide hacking it would stop the most common form and give the regulars a better gaming experience. Bear in mind the other servers will be letting anyone on, and honest new players will quickly qualify to play on a regular only server anyway.

I know you rely on quick play to fill the servers, but it's something regulars would either welcome or not. You could test it on a couple of servers and see what happens, they either populate or they don't.
