Approved make rtv instantly change the map on surf

You mean as in once rtv passes it changes right away and not when the timer hits 0 right?

As far as I remember, once an RTV passes, a vote for the next map comes up, that round finishes then it goes to the voted-on map right? Are you wanting it to change maps right after the map vote, and not waiting to finish the round?

it's don't have Timer when the maps change it's RTV and choose maps and Nothing loading

the people on the surf server had to play like 30 minutes of surf_supermario.
on surf it! the map instantly changes when it gets rtv'd unless there's like less than like 10 minutes then it'll just wait out the map
