Already Done Make extremely flashy gifs against the rules

After some people dropped a few very flashy gifs here and there in a unmod thread, it got me to thinking, what if some random person with epilepsy comes along and goes into a nasty seizure because of it or something?

I don't have epilepsy myself nor do I know anyone with it, but gifs being posted for the sole purpose of them being extremely flashy and obnoxious could cause some serious problems for certain people.

I know it's probably a dumb suggestion but just figured I'd throw it out there

Of course there's a line that has to drawn between what's allowed and what isn't but that line isn't up to me.

I'm not saying all gifs with any form of flashing in them shouldn't be allowed, just the really, really bad ones at the least.

A rule of thumb regarding unmod is that if there's something you can't handle, it WILL be in unmod. If you have epilepsy, if you're super sensitive to racism, if you're 12 and your mommy won't let you watch porn, just be safe and don't go there.

On the flipside, I can see why you wouldn't want this sorta shit anywhere else on the forum, but what thread could extremely flashy shit be posted and be considered on topic anyways?
