Declined Make annoying voice-changers "micspam"

Some voice changers are not bad, but some of them are horrendous. I propose that we add "bad" voice-changers under the micspam rule and allow staff to mute them or silence them.

Either make them all punishable or none at all. There's going to be someone that claims another person has a "bad" voice changer even if they don't, simply because they don't like the other person or whatever.

what exactly do you mean by "bad"? if you mean unintelligible, I was already under the impression that it was already covered as micspam
