Already Done Make a time-out to prevent nomination spam

I suggest that we should have a system, which, after nomination spam(around 15-25 texts in 1 minute period) would time-out people from nominating on a couple of minutes. It gets too annoying, and muting people can't always work because of the voting system we have. And also, would be nice if it would have a "snowball effect", so at first it's a 5 minute mute, then it's 10 and so on
It doesn't have to be a straight mute, but a prevention from trashing the chat

This, if they're spamming that hard it would fall under the no spam rule and can easily be reported on the forum as nomination spam. Do that next time.
