Well it was gone before I could get back to it to see if it was usable

It's been around for years now, just one of the weird things that can happen with server desync, reconnecting to the server or using /record will fix it

Well, textures are laid over the actual physical map, so it shouldn't be usable. Graphical glitches like this are fairly common.

Actually, i remember being able to get some collision for a second, but then i'd phase through, would've have been neat if i could walk on it though
I also remember getting caught by said collision while being chased by a pyro :L
