Keep in mind, whether time has passed by or not, he's still had over 5 admin applications, all were rejected. Take a hint much?
It's fine if you want to keep acting as his bodyguard, but you're just creating more problems for him with your usual attitude.

The first one had a 5/1 yay nay ratio, and was still rejected. The other TWO were derailed and buried. And I'm not creating any problems, but if he wants to apply than he's allowed to apply, there are far more distracting threads to worry about than this one.

Look, I get what you're saying, and I'm not trying to argue with you. But he's not hurting anybody, and like Badguy said, people can change. Is it really fair to deny someone of all oppurtunity just because they came up a little short before?
