My son wants an unusual so I am looking to see if I can find one really cheap. I am hoping for less than 20 keys. The hat and effect don't matter, as long as it is unusual. I don't really have time to look and shop around, so if someone finds the hat that I ultimately buy, I will pay a key to you as a finder's fee for your time.
