I have several friends who only do MvM and their setups can vary - I've never seen them fail.

Go do bootcamp with random people. You'll be lucky to get past wave 3 of a normal game. let alone the amount of rage resets/quits.

I was once in an expert game on the last wave when the engie quit, then the pyro, and then everyone else :(
