Looking for a scout for highlander

We're looking for a scout for our highlander team this fall. We're not planning on taking it very seriously, we won't be scrimmaging all the time or anything. The plan is to play in steel, and we're just missing a scout right now. I would say we're looking for anyone between the completely suck level and way-too-competitive level. what i mean is that people will go after him because hes so flashy not that he turns into a fat scout and literally becomes a big target
