Roamer scout goes on flanks alot and is much more aggressive and goes for pics or clean up kills while the pocket scout usually stays with the combo more and watches the flanks more and is less aggressive
at least from my understanding could be wrong

If you need a scout who knows what's what and can do good callouts, I can. I hate MGE, but I'll do it hardcore until my DM's like it should be, if you want. 700 hours on scout. [Shrug]
