He was a Blue pyromain with a thermothruster. In one of the instances, he is seen with intel at top of red base grate w/o advancing the objective.

Evidence 1 -

• 6900 - 7425 ticks

In another attempt, he was able to retrieve the red intel and attempted a very slow progresss to advance the intel beyond the red base.

Looks like he is trying, but maybe does not have the best strategy. Maybe he is a relatively new player. Let's give him the benefit of the doubt for now.
