All update weapons up until the Sniper v Spy update may be found as any random level. That was when the old drop system existed, and the random levelled drop system didn't get taken out until about a week or two after the sniper v spy update came out. That's why none of the newer vintages can be levelled, like engineer, soldier or demo.

I'll buy it at spreadsheet price, since it's not vintage. If it were vintage, then I'd be genuinely interested, but an nv hat when v hats are available... generally, those aren't of much interest to collectors, myself included.
