This player target me while refuse attack any other enemy. You can see in demo he has many oportunities for shoot other members (i.e while I spawn) and he just change the spot and wait.

So he is suspect of griefing because does no help to his team by killing emeny players, he just use a game slot for no teamwork.

The related ticks begin at tick 6632 and for the next 4 minutes he only target me and skip the rest of enemy players.

Starting from the tick 13069 we could guess that the intention was to kill dolphine_safe (the sniper on my right side which does not move) however the shoots come from my right to my left. So he try to kill me again.

For me personally, there isn't anything wrong with the demo. Maybe their team agreed that every spy picks a certain sniper to kill and you got picked by LeRude. A decent enemy sniper is deadly on this map, so I would focus on the snipers too if I were spy. He is clearly helping his teammates since he's killing you and you were killing his teammates. To be honest this simply smells like a lot of complaining from your side just because you can't snipe in peace anymore.

I agree completely, watching the demo shows that he's just running to the back of the map and killing snipers, it's important to note that I don't think he's just going for you- I think he's just going for all the snipers (as this map is very heavily weighted in a snipers favour), however because there's only two (or three?) snipers at most in that position, you're being selected... plus there may also be an element of he wants to annoy you.

He's not staying invisible for ages to wait for you, in fact I believe for some (if not all of) the video he's using the dead ringer. He's actively helping his team by killing you, whether or not he could be more helpful as another class or doing something else is arguable (looking at his Skial stats, he seems to mainly just play spy- so it's probably his main, or the one he enjoys most/is best at)... I hope that doing this isn't against the rules, as I've certinally done something similar before to prevent engineers from helping their team.

The admins have discussed this, and we do not believe he is targeting you. The demo recording of just you, where we are unable to follow him and see what else he does when he is not killing you, is also unhelpful. If you would like to add me, you can message me to come check things out if you feel he is doing it again. You could also ask a friend to demo him while you play. We are marking this invalid, as we do not believe he is targeting you.
 
I'm ok about record the demo myself is not enough for get the whole scenario.

Just say I'm not against of targeting as we disoused that does not go against the rules, even TF2 promotes targetting when put the "domination" icon over the head of the person which dominates you.

What I claim is the fact of reject the duty of attack other players.
 
You cannot prove he was not attacking other players, as you are not recording him. His events page, which displays only deaths and kills, is not enough evidence. Sorry.
 
Why his events page is not enough? His events page + the kills appear in the right corner of the demo show almost all kills.
 
Because you have no idea if he was actually shooting at other people, just not killing them.
 
It's more of a griefing / refusing to do anything else case if he is just using cloak and dagger or inviswatch to stand still for five minutes, but he is actually attempting to kill you. He doesn't wait around every five minutes until you appear.
