Detailed Explanation / Screenshots / Demos:
Was getting instant corner shots as sniper but switched to pyro when I entered spec. He screws up at tick 20,000 though, watch him perfectly tracing the intel carrier through the wall. Even with the compass pointing at intel he actually angles his view right down to the carrier instead of just heading where the arrow indicates.

Account is a non setup throwaway. Putting /games at the end of his url showed he had 0.2 hours playtime at time of recording.

The intel tracking is questionable at best because I can sometimes see an enemy intel carrier on my HUD as well. Nothing that he did screamed wallhack. If he was actively hacking, there would have been many more questionable scenarios with him and enemies. They didn't happen.

If you have a demo with better evidence for wallhacking or aimbotting, please post it. Otherwise, I'm not going to make a ban out of this.

That's the problem, he switched as soon as I joined spec, many hackers will go a hard to judge class like pyro when they see this happen. In play it was far more obvious because I had the carriers xray, r_drawothermodels 2 only catches him on/off in the demo. The point is he's actually looking downward at the carrier instead of just heading to either stairs or spiral as you normally would from the compass, looking right at him through the wall is just odd. There's no other suspicious moments because he knew he was being watched at this point, I'll try and get something if he comes back though.
