Lag on Turbine Chicago

I have been holding off and posting it to see if the lag goes away but it hasent. It's laggy every so often for only a second or two. Kind of like stuttering. It has been doing it for around 2 weeks.

Other players in the server have been complaning about the same lag

I'm going to post some screenshots below with netgraph.

Can't really tell anything from those screenshots at all. You need at least net_graph 5 on. You might get occasional stutters with 70-100 ping. That just happens.

I had LordThree contact me about this and his ping spikes up to 1000 ms. I checked the server and there is no network or cpu abnormalities.

I've been getting lag/choppyness like this but when i have netgraph 5 on nothing spikes.
I'd take screenshots but it wouldn't be helpful
