This one above me shows him toggling no-clip again, the one on top is him being invincible while sapping my materials, he also was kicking me and my friend multiple times for "no reason given". Every time we tried to kill him, he was invincible.

I can't tell from the screenshots but you were probably building in the other team's spawn or something that needed to be remedied.

You were abusing exploits.
 
No, i was under the map, just sitting there. Also how does no-clipping around the map not a cause of at least suspicion?
 
Admins are allowed to use noclip/god mode/generally mess around with commands on idle

As to why he kicked you, you were probably doing some form of rule breaking
