Same issues in this report that he was doing a month ago but now that he's unbanned he's doing it again.
"What he does is just pick the same minigames over and over, every time he wins a round on any map that he likes. Which is more often than not every single round, because people either can't get ahead of him, or when they do, he just uses his Demo charge, which people can't counter unless they also play as Demo."

It should be fairly obvious with the bound lenny bind spam every time he does this it isn't a simple case of a user liking one particular minigame but an act of malice and griefing just to rile up the server that much more.
