Invalid Kicked for a reason that doesn't break the rules

While playing on skial thundermountain EU on 23/6/13 i was kicked by Astir (which i believe he is normally known by although on this occasion he was called something different). Although no reason was given i presume it was because i called a mute against Artemis Bumwhistle, who i felt was causing annoyance so hence i felt a spam mute was warranted to see if the server agreed and would pass the vote as that is how i believe democracy works and how skial servers work. As it so happens had Astir not intervened in the outcome of the vote, it would have passed. Therefore my opinion agreed with the majority of the server hence there was reason for the vote. I am aware i have been guilty of spamming votes before and i have been punished and served my punishment for this offence. The admin involved is normally a good admin in terms of fulfilling his duties as an admin however in this instance i feel he acted out of order, therefore i feel he should apologise to myself and leave the matter there. I appreciate you reading this and i hope the matter can be dealt with properly and in a mature manner.

You excessively call these votemutes, even just for a joke. Yes, it may be funny (for you and others at the time), however you break the rules in the process. I was talking, simply communicating in a civil way and Astir clearly thought the same.

Look at the times though he was calling one or two a day, and even when he called more there were several hours between the votes, hardly a spam.

Let's wait for Astir to post I say.

seems you indeed made a thread. I'll state this shortly and show you that you are the one that should watch out.

First of all, let's inform everyone you belong to the group of Dustbowl EU 3 regulars and are good friends with everyone there.

I was present on the server when you called the votemute against Artemis, who was holding a conversation with the rest of you guys.

You know you should not call random votes, since I gave you already several punishments in the past for doing so:

• A 1 day silence for abusing the vote menu multiple times.
• A following 1 day ban for dodging silence.
• A 3 day silence for abusing the votemenu again.
• A following 3 day ban for dodging your silence again.

Now when I take a look to your chatlog, it shows you like to call votes. Including votes against Artemis Bumwhistle, yourself and even your best friend Alexander the Great.

I kicked you after you called the vote and unsilenced Artemis Bumwhistle. Yes, the vote did pass, but I know you guys want to have a laugh at each other when a vote passes against one of you (especially when one of your group calls it).

You should be happy I didn't silence you for a week. Furthermore let's not talk about you whistling and singing pieces of songs into the microphone, on which I don't react because I am a tolerant and patient admin.



Ps: next time you call a false vote, I will silence you for a week. Your chances of being kicked instead of silenced have vanished now you have come here.
