Declined Kick People With Over 200 Ping

I'm playing on the NY Fast Turbine Server and for the past half hour there's been this guy with 650-800 ping and he's been useless. How has he been useless?? You can't do a damn thing with that high of ping. All your character does is stand there and rubber band everywhere. I was gonna vote to ban him for 30 minutes but I didn't wanna get in trouble for vote abuse.

So whoever does stuff with the servers. Please kick those who maintain 200+ ping with some sort of plugin.

In the past Bottiger said people with high pings to the point where they are unplayable should be dealt with by the votemenu.

Not everyone with a high ping lags, and we are not going to kick everyone who has a high ping.

In other words: not anyone above 200ms ping is voteban worthy.

Not everyone with over 200 ping is laggy or rubber bands across the map. It would be stupid to have a plugin to kick these people. Some people do, some people rubber band with 40 ping. If someone is on the server is unplayable (ie cannot hit, teleporting across the map, standing still due to lag) than it should be left to the server to kick this person. It only becomes abuse when you keep calling votes on the guy when the server is voting no. Or if you are constantly calling votes on someone who just has a high ping but it isn't affecting the gameplay.
