Have $13.01 USD on my PayPal, and looking to use it all on TF2. Mostly looking to buy Keys, offer below! :)

No.. because Mann Co. Store sells Keys @ $2.50 USD each. While you can easily buy Keys from Xel for $1.40 USD each. I would get 5.204 Keys from the Store and 9.2929 Keys from Xel.

I would save ~4.1 Keys if I had bought it from Xel instead of the Store..
