Called several people niggers over mic, used faggot a couple times as well. I informed him of the rules, but he completely blew me off.
Ticks (Are about 1000 before the actual offense, give or take about 500 or so.)
1) 182000 - Calls the boss a 'fucking nigger'. It's very quick, I almost didn't catch his name.
2) 209000 - Calls the boss a 'fucking nigger' again.
3) 249000 - Calls the boss a 'fucking nigger' again. Someone else is also mic spamming when he says it, so it's kinda hard to hear.
4) 276000 - Calls the boss a 'faggot', though he pronounced it 'fa-goot'.
5) 284000 - Calls the boss a 'fucking nigger' again. After that, I tell him I'll be reporting him, and he says he doesn't care, in a sort of mocking, sing-song voice.
6) 287000 - He asks (and this is quoted): "If it's possible to rape a black girl in an alleyway, can I do it?" In my personal opinion, that alone is worth some major action.
At this point, I start a Vote-Silence and Vote Report on him (both of which fail; I think he had friends on the server that were siding with him). I let him know that I've got a demo file and I'll be reporting him when I leave. He responds by saying that he 'was just fucking with you guys' and that he's sorry. I ended the demo there so I could find the ticks later and started another, but he didn't say anything else while I was on.
I don't think he understands just how offensive the language he's using is. However, that doesn't mean it's okay.

(Note: demo is named 'kos.dem'. Do not confuse 'KOS' with the player 'K.O.S', whom I'm reporting. Whether they're the same player or not I don't know, so I'm giving him/her the benefit of the doubt. File is only named without the periods because it will not play in TF2 with them.)
Hope this kid learns his lesson before he says it to the wrong person and gets his ass kicked.
