wow hi hello!! this is the person you are reporting and I am surprised you followed through so I made an account to defend myself. This is a pretty big accusation to my gamer status, after all, I guess, and considering my impression of you in-game a slightly more concerning sight. I like to write and elaborate a lot whenever I'm able, so TLDR: I feel like your report of me as a whole lacks nuance and proper evidence.
First, you not only got votemuted for being incessantly toxic and rude (which was very childish) but for insisting on this weird tangent about reaction time. You also poorly and constantly tried ragebaiting everyone on RED. Ergo, I switched to Sniper because I didn't like that and wanted to support the other ones on my team you were "trash talking." Overall, I don't fully accept that what you're saying is valid because of that.
Second, about the reaction time thing: I want to emphasize something about the clip regarding reaction time - notice how I've already respawned before your taunts are even done. I am not seeing your taunt, or even reading your comments in chat. I've already respawned after both occur and am at the spawn door, because, as I said in-game, the server allows you to bypass respawn cooldowns. These are not hard shots to hit if you have a proper sightline and if you're already cozied at the spawn door. I also have ~7.8k hours collectively from Garry's Mod and TF2, so I'm not pulling shit out of my ass by properly hitting them, either.
Third, about the BlackWonder ban: have you tried analyzing that in-context? I've been playing on BlackWonder for an extremely long time, years, even - I was surprised myself that I was just suddenly banned there. Yet, everywhere else I joined (UGC, Skial, Moddage, WonderLand, the major ones - and some Russian/EU servers) before
and after the fact I was playing Demoman (a lot) during that month, I wasn't automatically banned by whichever server's anticheat.
Look through the current list of people banned - it is largely for bullet-based weapons scatterguns and sniperrifles, and maybe a few for rockets, the exact weapons I
should be banned for if I were really cheating. Yet, I was not phased at all by it in the ~2 hours or so I was on the server. But, suddenly, I'm banned as a Demoman?
It's even more of a questionable ban when
false positives have happened and continue to happen. After many years of lingering around at BlackWonder, I know they happen here and there. Why am I not unbanned? I plainly didn't care enough to appeal - they only had one good, classic Minecraft server with grappling hooks enabled but barely got people before 9 PM, why would I go through the effort if I have five others favorited I frequented already that had more people?
By extension, let's say I was cheating in Skial (common sense, it's not a great place to even consider that when they plaster all over chat every time you join that you get IP banned for cheating). How was I not detected as Soldier, Scout, Sniper, Demoman, Spy, etc. while I was on going against practically the whole non-idle half of BLU? Out of all those shots (which in your clip seem pretty fine to me) I did not get Infinity snapped.
Given all this, the BW ban's "realness" is contingent on whether you want to go ahead and spectate me every server I play from here on. Of course, this is not an invitation, as I do have a life that needs caring for.
But if we're both around on Skial at the same time, feel free to spectate. Why didn't you just do that and collect more clips after the fact, anyway?
Breaking down your specific suspicions:
I quick-respawned. Surprisingly, my secret trick is still good after 6 years on trade servers. You are simply an eyesore next to this sniper from my POV. My eyes and fingers and brain are just screaming at the sight of a sniper-shaped object.
I can't seem to attach my third HS, but from the looks of it, I was camping the spawn window predicting you'd take your position again. I have the upper hand having an established position. Alas, I think I also got lucky having not known whether the Sniper was you or someone else (good on your cosmetic choice). Like I told you earlier, I've fought people who, at the very moment the spawn door opens even a smidge, I'm suddenly dead. It's not magical hacker sorcery that people have shorter reaction times than you're used to.
By and large, it feels like you were being a bit salty and a pushover with the whole situation. You were overwhelmingly votemuted by ~76-78% of the active playerbase if memory serves right (10 votes yes, 3 no). This report gives "he killed me with headshots he's a hacker!" energy. Just my two cents. Also not too happy being actively tracked by steamhistory
