Just got a Galaxy S3

Going to sell my iPhone 4S soon, it's 64 gigs so it should get enough money.
Anyways, for now I need a cover/case for my S3, any suggestion?
Bonus points if it's under $20 and video game/nerdy-ness related :3

Seems to be OK, but it kind of sticks out over the edges so it makes it a little less comfortable to hold up to your ear. I would honestly try to use it without a case. I dropped it a few times already and there are a few scuffs from before I got the case, but nothing major and you get the advantage of it being thin and easier to handle IMO.

On another note, Jelly Bean should hopefully be rolling out in the US over the next few months, but if you can't wait, just root your phone and flash CM10 on it. Hilariously, Google has an event this week where they're going to announce 4.2
 
I've heard a lot about the otterbox, I might get one but they're a bit bulky D:

Now comes the fun part, choosing a ringtone and message alerts!
Any suggestion? I'm already thinking about doing the Codec alert for messages, since I had that on my pre-iPhone phone.

Got the Claptrap "Aha!" as messenger notification and the Dethphone as ringtone
Any good app/widget you guys recommend?

Essentials for me:

Chrome - Don't use stock "internet" icon
Gmail - If you have Gmail, get the Gmail app along with the new Calendar app.
Swiftkey - This is like $4, but it's a replacement keyboard that's 1000x better than the stock one and learns your typing style. Totally worth it.

I have gmail lolol
I bought swiftkey for my tablet and hated it D: I'm not sure whether to get it for the keyboard or not

It's better on the S3 because of the size. Once it generates the heatmap of your typing it gets better.

I still love my ringtone/notifications. RIngtone is Portal Radio tune, and notification is a turret going "Are you still there?"
 
Lolol I almost got that ringtone too
I got the notification but not using it yet, it's a bit too much for notifications, and since I'm always chatting I'd hear it every few seconds lol, I have the portal gun sound and door sound, they're great for that and emails
