Wicked Nasty Engineer
with items like the reserve shooter where it says 15% faster weapon switch, is that faster switch to or from that weapon or any weapon
eg having reserve shooter equiped and switching between RL and equilizer; is that any faster than normal?

Yes, I think that is the case because with the Degreaser all of your weapons have a faster switch time. It's harder to tell on the reserve shooter.
 
All weapons, RL to Equalizer too, but doesn't stack with the Degreaser.

Only on TF2 wiki can you find the character's profiles replaced with goatse.

Now that's what I call honest content.
 
With weapons such as the Degreeser and Reserve Shooter. It is an increase in weapon switch over all. For instance, if you have a Rocket Launcher, Reserve Shooter and Market Gardener. You can switch from your Rocket launcher to melee 15% faster than normal.
