xD00MIEx informed me of a suspected hacker, so I recorded their point of view. At the 10 second mark in the video linked above, their crosshair does some really unusual movements; which leads us to believe that the player (jiperez2000) is toggling on and off cheats to avoid suspicion. It is also worth noting that they have not set up their Steam Community profile.
 
He's not hacking. It's also worth noting that he has 390 hours on skial, among all of our servers. The fact he has not set up his community profile might be just to troll people. Regardless, he isn't hacking. Thanks for reporting though.

For future reference, is it normal for a player to have jittery movements when aiming like that?
 
Come to think of it, if they were hacking, their cursor would be following their opponent. *Facepalm*
It's ok to get caught up in the moment; that's why we have reports! You come to us, and maybe we say, "Hey, you're wrong," but at least you get that second opinion.
