Is my hat duped? And other questions..?

EDIT: I DID read the sticky above that says how to spot them, but I can't even view the IDs so it didn't help.

So basically, I got a "Le Party Phantom" for very cheap recently. It's also level 99. However, I was thinking that it may be duplicated since they sold it to me for so cheap. I moved it to the very first slot of my BP here

So that it can be seen right away rather than having to scroll through my BP. When I click on it there, it says it's not even in the database. So my questions are: Is it duplicated? If not, what's going on? Will I get in trouble for this at all? Would I be able to sell it if I wanted to?

I doubt anyone would dupe such an inexpensive item.

Even if they did, I don't think anyone would check if it was duped or not.
 
Yeah, I was just wondering because they gave it to me for so cheap. I was kind of suspicious but not really since I like the Spy anyways, and I'll gladly wear it ^^
 
Even if it IS duped. It has no real effect on the price. If someones that picky on it, there not worth it.
 
No one is going to check if a non-unusual/non-expensive item is duped or not. (Only items people would check if they are duped are not would be MAYBE Bills, Buds, Max Heads, etc)

But in all seriousness nobody would care about it if was duped or not because it's so inexpensive
