New Increase scramble vote requirement

Put the % vote for scramble a little higher, like from 40% to 45%.
I understand the idea is make scramble easier because players on the best team often vote no, but maybe it could be change to 45%.
I notice now a lot of players start using scramble vote just to break other players streak, or simply to troll.

Vote scramble is abused CONSTANTLY. Every single time I'm on the server, there's always someone trying to scramble the teams for absolutely no reason. Then after teams do get scrambled, there's so many times when someone else tries to scramble again, before either team can even get into a rhythm. Personally, I'd love to see it disabled. One team turtling and one team pushing is just how 2fort goes. Both teams take turns at it. But the majority of the time, that's never the reason vote scrambles are initiated. It's just trolls being trolls.

It cannot really be 50% or above or they wouldn't pass when actually needed. 45% might be an ok compromise, but bottiger ultimately decides that

If you see someone trolling by making pointless scrambles multiple times we've given short mutes for that before so you can report them
 
-1. Unfortunately i think theres just too many stacks today. Theres plenty of nights when all of the dominations are on one team. I definately try to join whatever team Freddy is on, but theres multiple groups that try to stack as many high skill players on one team as possible (like 6- 10). Not sure lack of scrambles would be better.

I as others have witnessed countless occurrences of !votescramble(s) shortly after one had been solicited. We know it annoys a few players who enjoy stomping on the other team. I was thinking more along the lines of extending the cooling off time before anyone may call for another !votescramble. In the meantime, as gala pointed out, we will just continue to observe if this process is being abused, report with the necessary evidence of such !votescramble trollers
 
+1 if not the percentage dont let people scramble every 5 minutes? how is that even allowed? people just vote scramble spam to troll. Make the vote scramble time limit 30 minutes or 45 minutes before u can scramble again.
 
I think we should keep it at 40%, but increase the time allowed between votes, as others mentioned. I think a 15 minute cooldown is reasonable. If Skial does rework the scramble vote, it should be one or the other (increase threshold percentage, or increase the cooldown between votes). Not both though

If we really can’t change the %, maybe we can make the cooldown a little bit longer, that would be an improvement (for me).
