Declined Increase Map Cooldown for Surf_Air_Arena_v4

There are so many incredible maps on the server, it's a shame that this one is played and picked too often.

My favorite, by far, is surf_ski_3_nova_x_skial_1. It is the best map on the server, can we play it more often instead of surf_air_arena_v4?

Hell, even the old surf_10x is better than that joke.

There already is a cool down between maps and adding an extended cooldown for one specific map just wouldnt make sense and honestly I would play air arena anyday over surf ski so -1
