And actualy illegal in some countries.. not that anyone would give a shit, imagine interpol knocking down your door for raffling virtual items.
I like a good gamble, and would pay to play, but would suggest if you did buy ins, winner takes all the payment fees.

This is what I was going to suggest. We've seen plenty of raffle fraud around here, so it's best to have a trusted user "hold" the prize, to make sure that it's legit.
