He was obviously hacking and even though only 2 people voted no to kick him, the no vote won? What gives? You've gotta change that.

You could post a suggestion thread about it but the current thresholds for passing a vote are probably as good as they can be without swamping the reports forum with vote abuse complaints / requests for unbans.

It's also worth mentioning votebanning a hacker only removes them for 30 minutes whereas finding an admin to ban them does so permanently.
 
I was always going to report them here, but surely the vote requirement is too high at the moment. Only 2 people said no and they were probably on the hacker's side, which is another problem - People like to keep hackers on their team. I wish they couldn't vote when it's something like this.

I was also going to report someone earlier today but before I could, they already got a VAC ban, so didn't bother.
