Being aggressive and insulting players is allowed. He hasn't really spammed the chat, so we can't help you.
 
Why is racism and religion-discrimination not allowed, but homophobia is? Homophobia is just as bad...
 
I've been on the internet long enough to know that the widely accepted definition of "fag" is a homosexual person, and It's obvious this guy is using it against people he dislikes. Fag has been an insult towards homosexuals for a very long time. it still runs rampant today. It's obvious he wasn't referring to a bundle of sticks (the other definition), as he was using against those he was quiet obviously angry at. If you thought homosexuality was fine, would you start relating it to everyone you hate? That wouldn't make any sense.
 
"Fag" has become a generic insult - it's not specifically homophobic enough to make a case.
