excellent model, but it looks a little small to be a legit pyro melee

on the other hand... frying pan. so I dunno. but this is great.
 
can you make the pyro hold it like the axe?
having the pyro hold it like a saxxy is just weird
 
My original idea was to do a 'Kiss The Cook' sort of apron (and the spatuler came out of that), but even that would be a bit of a nightmare for great hatmakers what with all the bones and making sure that the apron still looks like one solid piece when the jigglebones move.

I'll think about it I guess.

Nah, everyone know that men do bbq's, women are not allowed within 8ft of the grill.

Its a good item, themed well and has potential, have a bbq for a bp?
 
Something about the texture bothers me (although that could be the picture quality's fault), and the size could be increased. Otherwise, nice idea and model. It gets 4 plupps out of 5 plupps.
 
Thanks for the comments Maddo and Tomat. That is a great idea Maddo. Tomat, I'm cropping the photos in Paint and then the website resizes them to fit in the box which leads to colors being degraded and pixels misplaced, so that is why they don't look great on there, and believe it or not the size of the Spatuler makes the corner of the top go off screen a bit. It's the view you're seeing it from. I'll see if I can upload a video of it in action later (however, the weapon this is replacing in view is the Pan, so the finger positioning doesn't exactly match up, so the bottom of the handle pokes out a bit, but only Valve can fix it if they accept it, as they don't give modelers a way, just a warning).
