I'm going to be 100% with you. Yes, I’m late to this, still saying it though. You have the tendency to apologize a lot but never mean it or take action to change. Like when you use to say goodnight a lot then actually take 1 hour to “sleep.” Another example which is very common from you is breaking a rule, you apologize, then you repeat breaking it. You need to change that, it’s also why most people didn’t like you for that. Besides the constant 1 word message spam. Like everyone has told you, take a break from the internet, it’ll help you a lot.

Like what Toxik said, you aren't really apologizing when you keep repeating your behavior. When you say sorry, either you should mean it or don't say sorry if you are not going to mean it at all.
